Have you ever been watching a TV show and something that was said resonated so deeply that you had a profound epiphany at that moment?

I was watching a talk show and the guest and the host were discussing health issues and why the woman hadn't changed her life-style habits. The host made a point to say that she needed to love herself enough to make the changes.

In that moment I realized that I need to love myself enough to make the changes in my life to lose some more weight. I've made a lot of changes over the last couple years. I am healthier and feel much better then I did a few years back. My blood pressure is better. I even managed to lose about 10 lbs and right now I've kept it off for 2 years. But it's time to step it up. 10 pounds is good but to really be healthy I need to lose about 70 lbs all together.

So, I need to make some more changes.  I am not sure what my next steps will be, but I am going to keep changing for the better.
